On 26 September 2023 the Ambassador of the Order of Malta to the Italian Republic, Stefano Ronca, took part in the Civil State Funeral of the President Emeritus of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano.
The Ambassador accompanied H.E. the Grand Chancellor of the Order of Malta, Riccardo Paternò, to the Chamber of Deputies where the commemoration ceremony took place.
On Friday 15 December, the traditional end-of-year greetings exchange ceremony between the Diplomatic Corps and the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, was held at the Quirinale Palace.
