The Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Italian Republic, Enrico Floridi, hosted the entire Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta at the archaeological site of Otricoli, in the province of Terni, on 1 April 2023, in the presence of H.M.E.H. Grand Master, Fra’ John Dunlap.

A number of guides accompanied the guests to the remains of the ancient Roman city on the banks of the Tiber, where one can still admire the amphitheatre, the thermal baths, the theatre and the remains of the ancient Fluvial Port and the Roman cobblestones of the ancient Via Flaminia.

This was followed by an informal lunch that provided the opportunity for numerous bilateral exchanges between the Order’s representatives and those of the Diplomatic Corps present.
